Free Blog Post

free blog post picture
My free blog post today is about MAP Testing.  Let me just explain that I really don't like tests, of any kind, so having to sit down and test for two weeks really sucks. The tests that we took today were math tests and I don't particularly like math so today will probably be the worst day of testing so far. I am 99% sure that I completely failed the math portion of the MAP Test because I really suck at math and I didn't really pay attention when we were reviewing for the test. I hope I didn't fail but until I know for sure I am just going to say that I probably failed. I am some what looking forward to the CA and Science Testing portion just because I actually like those two classes.

Five Years From Now I Will Be...

five years from now
Five years from now I will HOPEFULLY have graduated from high school and starting my first year of college. I hope to still be the same person five years from now and not to have done anything that ruined my life. In five years I will be a freshman in college probably somewhere close to home so that if I need help family isn't that far away, hopefully I wont need help but it is a good thing to have if needed. I believe I will be going to college to be a pharmacist or humanitarian in some way. I hope to still have friends and still have the same goals set as I do now. Hopefully five years from now I will not be a parent, I will not be in jail, and I will not have ruined my life.

President Lincoln and Hip Hop

History | The Road Not Taken
President Lincoln had a secret, one that even honest Abe couldn't tell anyone. President Abraham Lincoln loved hip hop. Yes, this seems hard to believe but it is true, President Lincoln actually loved hip hop music. Although he liked the music he didn't like the things associated with this type of music such as break-dancing, wearing unfitting clothing, and wearing hats that weren't top hats. He liked to listen to this music while looking over bills and doing paperwork. Everyone of his staff new of his little secret and were sworn into not telling anyone. The only reason that we know that President Lincoln loved hip hop is because one of his secret paintings meant to be kept hidden some how to came into the light of the media and was shown to the world.

My Movie Maker Project (7hermon pics)

If I Had To Wear One T-shirt For The Rest of My Life

If I had to wear one t-shirt for the rest of my life it would probably be one that was too big for me so that if I got any bigger, taller or wider, I would still be able to wear it. The color of the shirt would be teal and would have a black batman logo on it. The shirt would be a little thick so that I wasn't cold in the winter (just in case I cant wear a coat anymore). I would choose this shirt and not another because it is my favorite color and Batman is my favorite superhero. If I could put things on the back I would out the Batman theme song on there.

Free Blog Post

This blog post is about music. Music is something that everybody likes. Everyone has their own favorite "type" or genera of music. There are also people that just listen to whatever is available. Music for some people is a hobby. They write their own songs and can probably play an instrument or two. Other people listen to music just to have something to pass the time with. Most people listen to all sorts of different types of music. Others on the other hand only listen to one type of music, mostly something related to their personality. Music can be something that divides us or unites us. We can either bond over the sharing of music or we can be divided into groups based on what we listen to. Music is a powerful tool that can connect people from everywhere.

Ideas For Children on Snow Days

Here are some ideas for things to do with kids on snow days when they are bored. If it isn't to cold to go outside then set them up with a heavy coat, gloves, snow pants, snow, boot, and a hat. After they are dressed let them go outside and play in the snow with friends or with you. If you have a sled or sleds you could go sledding if there is a hill nearby or in your yard. If you don't have a sled then you could make snow angels, snow men or women, or just have a snow ball fight. If it IS too cold to go outside see if any of their friends or neighbors would want to spend some time together with them. You could also set up a little movie marathon with snacks and a pillow fort.
