This class has been very crazy and very fun. We learned how to blog and the different tools that we could use to blog with and so on. We also learned about Microsoft word and how to use the different editing tools on there. You should change students picking their own seat because otherwise Devon and Grant could happen all over again.(If you know what I mean) You should keep everything else the same because I just like it like that. I like it when we get to play games, but I do not like eighth hours at all. I also like the activities we get to do they are very fun as long as you listen and follow directions. Oh and I also think you should change the keyboarding to 3 times a week instead of everyday.

Christmas

For Christmas I would like and ipod touch a blue one to be specific. I also want Sperrys. I want these things called hot buns and you sleep in this bun and then when you wake up you take it out and have gorgeous curls. I also want a new flat screen for in my bedroom. I also want a new volleyball and a net to set up in my backyard. Finally for Christmas I would like at least $50.00.

7 Identical Doors.

Ok so there are 7 identical doors in front of me which one should I go into. I think I'll go into the 5th door. Whoa I think I'm in Wonderland this is soo cool. Everything is so tiny conpared to normal how is that possible? I think this is just a dream but everything is so real so it can't be a dream it just can't. So maybe since it's getting darker I should find a place to stay. Look at that cottage over there it looks perfect not too small and not too giant. I going to go check it out I wonder what's in there because it looks so beautiful. Oh my jelly beans this place has c andy everywhere. "Hello is anyone home?", I said. No one answered so I'll just sleep here tonight I'm sure if anyone does live here I'll Be fine.

Ever since I got that note my life has been really awkward. It really has been weird because I feel like someone is watching my every move and I think it might be my old high school teacher, but it cant be because they legally announced her dead since the day I graduated. I better scope this out anytime I feel like I am being watched i'll just walk away and if the feeling doesn't go away then I will for sure know someone is watching me. So until then I better lay low and as a matter of fact I have that strange feeling again so now all I need to do is walk away. Ok now I think im just gonna get some coffee wait now that I think about it I still have that feeling, but hey that lady over their is stareing at me and she looks like my high school teacher!

For Christmas you think that its alll about the presents but its not at all. Christmas is about Jesus Christ being born I mean seriously people have to think every once in awhile. As my little sister would say when you get a present it is really Jesus's present, but how is that possible nooooo clue what so ever. But really we do need to think and be greatful for what we get for Christmas because like I know that if I am ungreatful I get that present taken away until the end of Christmas break. I love Christmas because I get to hang out with my family eat alot of food and get fat and all that sort of stuff. Christmas is probably my second favorite holiday but you know who cares. For Christmas I am wanting an ipod touch, a new flat iron, and clothees lots and lots of clothes because I need clothes dearly.

For my first Thanksgiving as a host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the store. So once I got home I got on my computer and looked up directions on how to cook a turkey because I didn't know how of course. So I pre-heated the oven and did what I was supposed to. So I forgot to set a timer for when i put the turkey in and I burned it and I didn't know that at the time. When people started bringing food inside I felt so bad because it all looked so good and mine looked like poop so i decided to take the turkey in bedroom and put make up on it so it would look normal and hopefully taste normal also. So now we are seated at the dining table saying prayer and then I brought in the turkey and it looked amazing so everyone got a lot of it and then my bathroom was stinky because apparently people don't like make up on their turkey. So to make it up to them I decided to make a desert ya you think making a cake would be easy ya no it was the hardest thing but thats only because I bought the wrong igredients ooopsy. And thats why we all ate hamburgers.

Volleyball

Volleyball is one of the most intense sports that was ever created for girls and guys. There is a saying and it is " If volleyball was easy it would be called football" now I personally think that it is true but that's just me. Volleyball has 6 different positions and then they have a lebarow-a person who plays defense all the time and that is their position that they play. I have a couple of friends that are lebarow who are very good and very terrible but you know whatever. I think that spiking is the best but that is because that is what I do. I personally love this sport and so do others but they are involved in other sports like basketball, softball, etc.

Dogs dogs Dogs... In the world there are so many types of dogs it is unreal. Also, we neeed to just stop and think are there really that many types of dogs because I know that there isn't that many. There is alot of dogs in the world, but we are thinking dogs in general not breeds there are very few breeds in the world. Examples: Great Dane, Beagle, Boston Terrior, etc. We need to stop and think about how grateful we are to have dogs in our live because I know for a fact that half the people I know don't care for their dogs as much as other people do, and I know that people are different in many ways, but that doesn't mean dogs should be treated in different way.

I am really bummed out about the election because I was hoping for Mitt Romney to win. I guess I will have to get used to Barrak Obama since he is the president now, but that doesn't mean I have to like him. I really don't like him because he lies lies lies lies and lies some more I don't trust him at all because of his lies. He doesn't deserve to be in the oval office he is not worthy. Also, his wife has done more than he has to get kids up and active I mean I know I wouldn't want to do that but still he could participate whether he is old or not. He just makes my skin crawl just talking about him.

For Halloween all I did was dress up and hand out candy. Sounds boring right, but it wasn't boring at all it was weird with all the different costumes and junk like that. So for Halloween try to go trick-or-treat when you can because it is alot of fun. I was stuck at home bored. I also fell on my face trying to get to the door fast enough. Also my own cousin ding dong ditched me and it made me so sad I didn't talk to him the reat of the night. Just kidding.

The author is Heather Brewer. She likes vampires. One way I know that is cause they have a paragraph in the book that says so. I like the vladimire series because it is a good fiction book.

Last Day

If i could go back to any memory I would go back to when I last saw my grandma. the last time I saw my grandma was on Thanksgiving 2005. i miss her so much she was so kind to me and she is the noly person i would trust other than my grandpa. She is my favorite person in the whole world. But now she is in a better place than we are and she can see me every second she wants. I wish I could go back and tell her i love her.

After watching those two videos I would know there is not many girls in India. i think what they are doing is wrong. And I think that they should enforce the law better. Ifeel sorry for those girls. Girls should nt be treated like that. One part that made me sad is when the girl got pushed down the stairs. Also when the mom never gave up trying to stop what they were doing. good for her. I think that india dosent diserve that.  I hope they get better.

My Best Friend

She broke my necklace today, well I sort of found it but then I can't find the charm so I'm sad. It's our best friend necklace. She thinks she's gonna go buy another one, but I told her I'm not wearing it. She doesn't get when I use sarcasm sometimes, it's sort of funny. Well, she's going to come home with me Friday I think, but I'm not sure. We're like the only ones who understand what each other says, no one else can understand us. Oh well! She's got some major issues, but that's okay because I do too. She's really crazy, but she says that I'm the embarassing one. That's funny because I actually think I'm hilarious. Not to brag or anything. We always have random word conversations too, it's really fun.

Teacher Appreciation

One of the teachers I appreciate the most is my kindergarten teacher, Mrs.Leaper. She was my favorite teacher because she was so nice and helpful. She also was in love with Disney things just as much as my family is. I liked how she had frogs all around her room, since her last name was leaper. I thought it was really clever and my favorite animal was a frog in kindergarten. I also appreciated how she made everything fun, no matter what we were working on. I really liked how we had "centers" everyday too, they were different places in the room we'd go to to work on different things like math, science, social studies, language arts, and other subjects. I also liked how she always explained things in a way people could understand. She would also always come out on recess time with the class as well if she wasn't on duty, and would play games with us and things.

Fried chicken is amazing! It tastes so good! My mom never really makes it though, so when I go out to eat I get fried chicken. Too bad it's really bad for you. That makes me sad, because it tastes so good! I could eat fried chicken every day!

End Of School

I'm so glad we're done with map testing because when that happens we're pretty close to the end of the school year. I think we have a little bit less than 20 days left, I'm not for sure though. The bad thing is in the past years we've kinda gotten to slack off after MAP. But this year we don't at least in some classes. Like in pre-algebra we are starting to do algebra GLE's. Algebra is a freshman class, so I'm kind of scared but not really. We start a little bit today with solving inequalities, it was really confusing at first but when he explained what to do it was pretty easy. In communication arts we just finished watching The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, it was a good book. We're starting a new book tomorrow though, I don't know what yet but hopefully it's an interesting book. In social studies we have two units left. I'm really happy too, because tomorrow is Friday!

Earth Day

Some things I do to help our planet is recycling plastic,cardboard, and aluminum items. I also try to wash things,take a shower,and brush my teeth as quickly as possible so that I can save water. I also turn off any lights or electronics as soon as they are no longer being used. I also use a lot of recycled paper or items products. One other thing I do is I do not litter, and if I see it I try to pick it up. Some other things I can do to help our planet are reusing items such as paper.

Hillsboro Track Meet

Ah! I am really scared for the track meet next Tuesday! I have to run three relays, that's the most I've ever ran! Usually I run one open event where my score doesn't matter, but now all my scores matter. I got put in all these races all of a sudden because the band concert is next Tuesday so they won't have time to run before. I have to run the longest relays or longest legs in all of them! I run the 4x800, sprint medley, and distance medley. In the sprint medley I have to run the 400 leg, the other legs are a 100,100, and a 200. In  the distance medley I have to run the 1600 or mile, the other legs are a 800, 400, and 1200 I think. I am really nervous! My coach has never had me run this much before or the longest legs in a race. And to top it all off they are relays, so my teammates are really depending on me! I hope I can keep us in the place we're at for every one or even move us up. Wish me luck!

Glass-Town Classic Meet

I'm really nervous because today we have a meet for track! I have to run the 1200m, which is 3 laps around the track. It's the open event, which means it does not contribute to the points for my team. I can still get a medal though if I do good enough. I'm aiming for a 5 and a half minute run, but that's a minute and a half a lap and that's a really quick pace to keep. I hope I get 1st in my race though, I've never gotten first before. The best place I've ever gotten is fifth place. We're competing at our track, but it's Crystal City's meet. I hope the girls' team gets first;we've gotten first for the past 2 meets. I hope the boys get first too; they've been getting second the past 2 meets, but only by a few points.

The Type of Award That Really Motivates Me

The type of award that really motivates me are things like money and candy. I would like to get candy if I have done a good job on homework, a test, or a quiz. It motivates me to do better because if I do a good job, then I know that if I do better the next time I will get the same kind of reward. If I got money when I have done great work, that motivates me even more because candy only lasts a short period of time with me. If I got money, I could buy things I really want like clothes and iTunes cards to put music or games on my iPod or new clothes to wear.

Track

I am really sore from track yesterday! Our workout wasn't too bad. If you were a distance girl, you had to do 9 200's. Our cooldown was running a mile and then after every lap we had to run up and down the whole set of stairs. It hurt! My legs aren't used to that many stairs. Only the distance girls had to do that workout though, which made me a little angry but I'd rather do that than core exercises. I'm not that strong. I am really excited for track practice today though, track is my favorite sport. Hopefully we won't do too much today though because it feels like my legs can barely move sometimes!

Staying Healthy

I think it is important to stay healthy because if you are a healthy person then you are able to be more active without a lot of strain and you will have a lot of energy. One way I stay healthy is by participating in track, we do around 3-4 miles a day unless we have a meet that day, then it varies on what event you run in. Another way you can stay healthy is eating healthy snacks and nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables. Eating a healthy lunch and dinner are some other good ways to keep yourself healthy. If you participate in other sports like basketball,volleyball,soccer,or cheerleading that is another good way to stay healthy.

Ergonomics is the study of how the human body uses a work space and it's equipment. Some bad habits of mine are sitting too far away from the screen or too close to the screen. Another bad habit of mine is that I do not keep my arms in a straight angle. No, our work stations are not ergonomically sound because we do not have a cushion on our chair and our chairs do not have armrests on them. People should sit straight up on the back of their chair, with arms at 90º angles, and our eyes level with the top of the monitor about 18-24 inches from it's front.

I do think that some images in Google Maps are purposely blurred out do to the owner's preferences. I think this because maybe the people do not want others to know what that place looks like. Very few of these images that cannot be seen clearly are popular or important places. Another reason I think that these images are blurred is because they have not received or asked for updated images. One last reason I think that some of these images are blurred is for security reasons, they do not want people to know where this place exactly is on a map. This has caused problems for people who would like to see these virtual images.

My Days In This Class

Somethings I liked about this class was that twards the end we had extremely fun assignments besides the baseball one...The baseball one was really hard actually I had to get a lot of help... We always got to listen to music and sometimes play games. The assingments were self explaintory like it showed you what everything should look like. Somethings I disliked about this class was the timed typing test because its a lot of pressure to know you only have one minute to type as many words as possible..I use to mess up all of the time then I just started to memorize what the words would say. I thought that free blogs were the best because you wernt expected to blog about just one thing and sometimes its hard for me to think of just one thing. One time I blogged about fireworks...because I really like fireworks XD I loved making the Power Point..even thou I didnt really know how to use it or anything but it was still fun. When I would finish early I was allowed to play games and what not.

Track

Yesterday in track was extremely hard because we had to stay in side because I guess it had rained or something. We ended up having to do this word out video called "Insanity" I don't know how to spell it...But it was where you had to warm up..work out..then finish with a warm up. The Girls had to pick out uniforms first..so the guys did the video first. When the guys were coming up from the gym to the lunch table they were all sweaty and gross..that made me extremely nervous for out work out. In the end of the work out I had no shoes on, short, and just a tank top I was sweating that much! It was so nasty I took off my shoes because my friend Noah said it gave better grip to the gym floor. Id rather do that everyday then run 3 or 4 miles though well no I would like to do those videos at least every other day but that's not my choice. I know for a fact today we have to run out side but I bet its going to be freezing cold or something because when I walked out side today I was about to die I was so cold

This picture makes me think or Paris. Well somewhat Paris..its all squiggly and what not. Ive never been to the Eiffel Tower but one day Id probably want to. My mom told me that over the summer we could go anywhere in the world because when she went to Vagus in November to get married (I was stuck in Festus because of school...) she bought this time share thing where it gives you these points and the more places you travel the more "free" hotels and flights you would get. Well I was going to choose Paris for this summer...but I really want to go to Australia to be with my friend Jake...this would be this time I wish he lived in Paris because I totally forgot about wanting to go there until I saw this picture just now. But oh well :P maybe we could go still, that would be really cool to see the Eiffel Tower though.

Fireworks

I really like fireworks!!!Like every year I get one billion things of them...Last fourth of July someone shoved one of those roman candles down my shirt :c It hurt REALLY bad but I threw some fire crackers at them :3 Every year we buy over maybe a thousand dollars worth huge and small fireworks..like everyone will pitch in some money. I mainly like the dangerous ones I dont know why though... What we'll do it the kids will play with all of the small stuff then around 8, 9, or 10 we will set off the huge ones :3 I wish that the firework stores would go year round...well some do but not all of them. They should Id buy some like every weekend or something. Sparklers are pretty cool too their not as fun though.
